The Senior Manager ODM Program is a critical, high-impact role responsible for end-to-end execution of ODM projects across Asia. This individual will operate as a control-tower owner, managing ODM partners, timelines, costs, and data readiness—ensuring products move quickly from concept approval to production with discipline and visibility.

What You’ll Do: 

ODM Program & Partner Execution

  • Own execution of assigned ODM programs from concept approval through production and shipment
  • Act as the primary interface between Hasbro and ODM partners/factories in partnership with Sourcing Team
  • Drive timelines, manage critical path milestones, and proactively surface risks
  • Hold ODM partners accountable to cost, schedule, and quality commitments
  • Cost, Margin & Schedule Discipline
  • Validate product costing and margin targets in partnership with Finance
  • Track cost evolution and flag margin or feasibility risk early
  • Ensure tooling readiness, MOQ alignment, and production feasibility prior to production approval
  • Systems, Data & Commercial Readiness
  • Ensure all product data is accurately and timely loaded into Hasbro systems (item setup, BOMs, specs, costing, packaging)
  • Maintain data integrity to support sell-in, revenue tracking, and performance reporting
  • Coordinate smooth handoff into commercialization and supply execution
  • Quality & Compliance Coordination
  • Partner with Hasbro QA teams to confirm safety, quality, and compliance pathways early
  • Support issue resolution and corrective actions as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in ODM, joint model of OEM & ODM, product development, or manufacturing program management.
  • Strong hands-on experience working with Asia-based factories and ODM partners
  • Deep understanding of costing, BOM structures, tooling, and production timelines
  • Strong judgment, communication, and escalation skills
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across regional and global teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working across Asia markets and within global matrix organizations.
  • Experience in toys, consumer products, sourcing, or other multi-SKU, fast-cycle industries.
  • Experience in ODM, supplier-led development, or commercialization models.
  • Fluent English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage.
