2026 Summer Financial Analyst Intern: 

Hasbro is seeking a Financial Analyst to support Operations within our Global Toys, Games, Licensing, and Entertainment division. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Brand, and Commercial teams to provide financial insights that drive efficiency, performance, and strategic decision-making across our global portfolio. 

This position sits at the intersection of finance and operations, helping ensure our products and content are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with business objectives. 

The Internship Experience  

Hasbro’s Summer Internship Program offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a global play and entertainment company operates- paired with the opportunity to make a real impact.   

Interns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer, you’ll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning.  

What You Will do as a Financial Analyst Intern: 

• Meeting with various stakeholders within the finance organization to obtain understanding of existing processes and procedures 

• Documenting “as is” and “future state” processes and procedures 

• Assemble and summarize data; prepare reports; create presentations of findings, analyses and recommendations 

• Assisting with operational implementation of updated and/or new processes and procedures 

• Researching industry’s best practices and conduct benchmark analysis against Hasbro’s processes 

• Assist in drafting business policies and communications 

• Supporting global finance operations team on other ad hoc projects 

What You Will Bring (Required qualifications/skills/competencies):  

• Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or related field 

• Technologically savvy, and proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and power point 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across several stakeholders 

• Strong inter-personal skills 

• Ability to recognize relevant facts for process documentation and ask thoughtful and important questions 

• Finance and business curiosity. Detail-Oriented 

• Must be currently enrolled in college courses and available with at least one semester left after Spring 2026.  

• Must be available to work full time 

By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a clear understanding of how their work creates value, and meaningful exposure to what a full-time, entry-level role at Hasbro could look like, positioning them well for potential future opportunities.

• Summer Internship Program Dates: 

• Start: Late June (target June 22)  

• End: Late August (target August 21)  

• Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)  

• Location: Hong Kong
