2026 Talent Acquisition Internship
About the Team
The Talent Acquisition (TA) team partners across Hasbro to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent who will shape the future of our business. This internship sits within the TA team and will support both Early Careers strategy and internal TA operational excellence.
We are seeking a motivated undergraduate student interested in Human Resources, Employer Brand, or Talent Strategy who is eager to contribute to meaningful projects that improve how we hire, communicate, and scale.

Interns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer, you’ll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning.
What You Will Do as a Talent Acquisition Intern:
Early Careers Insights & Messaging (Approximately 40%)

Support the design and facilitation of 2–3 structured intern/co-op listening sessions

Gather and synthesize qualitative feedback related to candidate experience, employer messaging, and early career expectations

Review Early Careers messaging and employer value proposition (EVP) language to identify opportunities for clarity and authenticity
-
Develop a summary of themes and practical recommendations to share with the TA and Early Careers teams
TA Documentation & SharePoint Optimization (Approximately 40%)

Audit existing TA SharePoint content to identify outdated, duplicative, or unclear materials
-
Update documentation to reflect recent Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation and workflow changes
-
Partner with TA Operations to ensure post-ATS recruiting processes are clearly documented and easy to navigate
-
Refresh or create visual process guides and standardized templates (e.g., intake forms, interview guides, communication templates)
-
Support improvements to SharePoint organization and navigation to enhance usability and long-term sustainability
School & Talent Ecosystem Research (Approximately 20%)

Conduct research on universities near key Hasbro hubs

Identify academic programs aligned with priority talent areas
-
Provide a concise summary of insights to inform future early career engagement strategy
By the end of the internship, you will deliver a final presentation summarizing key findings, documentation updates, and recommendations.
What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications/Skills/Competencies):

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (rising Senior preferred) in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to organize information clearly and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations

Attention to detail and comfort working with documentation and structured processes

Ability to collaborate across teams and incorporate feedback

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or similar tools
Nice to Have:

Interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or HR Operations

Experience conducting surveys, focus groups, or qualitative research (academic or extracurricular)

Familiarity with SharePoint or similar content management systems

By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a clear understanding of how their work creates value, and meaningful exposure to what a full-time, entry-level role at Hasbro could look like, positioning them well for potential future opportunities.

The base salary range for this position is $28.00 to $31.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
