Hasbro European Trading BV ('HET') is Hasbro SA’s distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA’s customers in all major European countries. [Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe Hasbro Italy SRL ('the Company') provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in Italy.

 

At Hasbro, we bring joy to generations of fans through storytelling and play. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth in the Italian market, build strong customer relationships, and ensure our brands are well represented both in-store and online.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute annual business plans for assigned customers.
  • Manage account negotiations, budgets, and day-to-day operations.
  • Develop promotional and listing strategies aligned with brand priorities.
  • Lead sales forecasting and support successful new product launches.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Demand & Supply, and Finance teams to deliver business goals.
  • Monitor customer performance, inventory and profitability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with advanced Excel/BI tool knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Results-driven, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Native Italian speaker with professional English (spoken and written).
