 Hasbro SA, Switzerland is dedicated to manufacturing and distributing a diverse range of toy, game, and leisure products across global markets. In support of Hasbro SA's network of affiliate distributors (“HET and HIT”), Hasbro Poland Sp. z o.o. provides sales and marketing services designed to support the performance of Hasbro SA's appointed distributors, particularly focusing on maximizing HET and HIT’s sales in Poland.

In the role of Key Account Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Contributing to setting, monitoring and supporting implementation  approved full year account business plans with channel customers maximizing HET and HIT’s sales .
  • Support with executing and monitoring approved promotions and marketing campaigns within the business plan including promotional spend.
  • Monitoring Hasbro’s stock availability and taking initiative to address any issues to ensure maximum availability of Hasbro’s online offering.
  • Working together with the regional marketing teams to ensure best in class activation across the customer area.
  • Support with executing and monitoring approved local business plans working with  customers teams.
  • Ensure brilliant support with execution of the basics with customers and to develop and recommend a full year retail activation calendar.
  • Measuring and evaluating digital retail activations to maximise ROI.
  • Yearly support with discussions of aligned and optimized customer trade terms.
  • Effectively managing approved promotional and marketing budgets to drive sales growth for HET and HIT.
  • Develop and recommend accurate and assumption based financial and inventory forecasts that drive high levels of accuracy. 
  • Actively managing product portfolio based on customer’s needs.

  

You will need to have:

  • Minimum 3 years of Key Account experience.
  • Having a digital savvy, growth mindset.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Organized self-starter with excellent planning ability.
  • Team player, accountable, empathic and proactive.
  • Professional and positive under all circumstances.
  • Commercially savvy, with strong analytical skills and experience using data processing tools to analyse, develop insights and build sales strategies.
  • Collaborative, flexible approach with a real interest in building trusting relationships that propel Hasbro to be partner of choice with the customer.
  • Time Management – ability to prioritise, deliver to deadlines and multi-task
  • Languages: fluency in English.
  • Good PC skills.
