Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe Hasbro Romania SRL (the Company') provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in Romania.

 

Join Hasbro as a Key Account Manager for the in Romania. Play a big role in boosting sales in the GEM EMEA region. Work with a world-class brand, offering sales service to various customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relations with customers in Romania and Bulgaria to build long-term partnerships, making Hasbro their partner of choice.
  • Conduct formal quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
  • Deliver sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives across the Key Accounts.
  • Lead the forecasting process, including ecommerce, distributor, and travel retail channels, ensuring timely, accurate volume forecasts.
  • Align forecasts with production and inventory planning cycles by working closely with supply chain and finance teams.
  • Monitor sales trends and inventory levels to proactively address overstock or stock-out risks.
  • Collaborate with customer’s/distributors stock control teams to handle stock holdings and levels, ensuring targets are achieved in line with GEM recommendations.
  • Optimize pricing, assortment, and promotional efficiency based on data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with regional marketing, shopper marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure aligned execution and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG or consumer products.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
