The Digital Marketing Manager for Korea will lead the planning and development of digital strategies for country-level marketing, user acquisitions programs for both Wizards’ digital and tabletop gaming properties.  The candidate should have experience in digital performance marketing which includes paid user acquisition, digital campaign deployment and optimization, marketing analytics, creative direction and reporting to drive awareness and signups of new players and increase engagement with existing players. The position is based in South Korea. 



  • Develop and lead Korea level media framework, strategy and planning for UA campaigns across digital medium. 

  • Define, track and optimize reach, impact and effectiveness metrics of campaigns. 

  • Lead front-end player conversion and engagement focused digital projects- from gathering of requirement, design and development, to testing, launch and support of digital properties. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams within region (brand, social marketing, commercial) and lead vendor relationships to deliver innovative solutions that achieve business goals and raise the bar for player experiences. 

  • Keeping ahead of industry trends to continue exploring and exploiting marketing ideas at the bleeding edge of the industry. 

  • Strong ability to advocate for optimal resources/investment in Korea to drive robust long-term growth. 

  • Establish and run rhythms of business with related regional and HQ teams to ensure the delivery and achievement of committed goals and ensuring high Korea mindshare. 



  • 5+ years marketing experience in digital marketing for consumer categories with preferred focus on entertainment/ gaming/ collectible. 
  • Drive for results: setting clear goals along with leading and coaching team towards achievement of those goals. 
  • Financial acumen: management of budget across different countries. 
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college required with fluency in English with additional Asian languages fluency preferred. 
  • Ability to juggle and manage multiple priorities under tight project deadlines required. 


Highly Desired: 

  • Hobby channel gaming experience.  Paper based or digital 

  • P&L management understanding (financial/business acumen) 

  • Familiarity with Wizards products is a huge plus – particularly Magic: The Gathering.
