Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe  Hasbro France SAS ('the Company')provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in France.

Hasbro is looking for an experienced retail activation specialist to support our Customer Marketing execution in France, with a strong focus on FSDUs, in‑store displays, POS materials, and end‑to‑end retail execution. Based in Le Bourget du Lac, this role requires hands‑on expertise in delivering flawless in‑store activation and managing multiple cross‑functional stakeholders. As strong communication in both French and English is essential, interviews will be conducted in both languages, and candidates are requested to submit their application in English.

 

Main Purpose of the role  -

Support the execution of the Customer Marketing strategy in France, with a strong focus on the end-to-end management of Out of Aisle activations, in-store displays, and retail execution tools, ensuring flawless delivery across timelines, systems, and stakeholders.

The role acts as a key executional hub between Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Strategy teams, driving excellence in retail activation and supporting revenue growth and brand visibility at point of sale.

 

Key Responsibilities -

Out of Aisle, Displays & Retail Tools Execution (≈60%)

  • Own and coordinate the end-to-end execution of Out of Aisle displays, secondary placements, and retail execution tools for the French market.
  • Act as the main operational interface between Customer Marketing, customer service, Operations, Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure feasibility, alignment, and on-time delivery.
  • Manage timelines, critical paths, and dependencies for all retail activations, ensuring clarity and accountability across functions.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve tracking tools, execution dashboards, and activation calendars to monitor status, risks, and delivery.
  • Be an active contributor in cross-functional forums, proactively flagging issues, proposing solutions, and ensuring executional excellence.
  • Ensure all retail tools and displays are delivered on time, in full, and in line with brand guidelines and retailer requirements.
  • Support post-activation reviews, gathering executional learnings and best practices.
  • Manage French corporate catalogue delivery.

Customer Marketing Execution (≈40%)

  • Actively support the Senior Customer Marketing Manager in the execution of plans for key French customers, contributing to sell-in, sell-through, and in-store excellence.
  • Support the execution of Customer Marketing plans aligned with brand priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Localize customer marketing campaigns, toolkits, and materials for specific retailer needs.
  • Partner with Sales teams to support customer presentations, previews, and activation storytelling.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
  • Monitor in-store execution and shopper experience, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
  • Support campaign effectiveness tracking and contribute to ROI analysis.

 Experience required -

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing or Retail Execution.
  • Hands-on experience in in-store execution, displays, POS or Out of Aisle activations is a must.
  • Experience working with retailers and customer-facing teams.
  • Advanced/Fluent English; French required.
  • SAP experience is a strong plus.
