Position Summary:

The Sr Human Resources Partner will bring their knowledge of HR programs, processes, and tools and will be essential to creating a positive employee experience. You are a subject matter expert, having sound knowledge in company and local programs, processes, policies, and offer a strong and compelling point of view on HR related matters. The successful candidate will be committed to collaboration with multiple HR Business Partners, HR Specialists, and people managers across a variety of businesses and satellite offices including EMEA and APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

The Sr. Human Resources Partner will act as a partner in helping managers with performance management, change management, and manager coaching. The Sr. HR Partner will also act as a local representative for policy development and roll-out, and CSR and DEI initiatives. Thanks to their visibility across businesses and their access to data on managers’ and employees’ requests, the Sr. HR Partner will be in a position to spot trends and identify emerging needs and address them with innovative people programs, tools, and processes.  

HR Partner

  • Work with people managers end to end on performance management cases as required
  • Consult with managers and Senior Director, HR on compensation planning and requests.
  • Support managers and employees in identifying opportunities to further develop functional and managerial skills.
  • Provide support and guidance to people managers on change initiatives.
  • Consult with managers on people matters that require in depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and local legislation across multiple locations including but not limited to family friendly policies, visa and immigration, IR35 and anti-tax avoidance
  • Manage the leave processes (as needed), including conducting ad-hoc exit interviews.

HR Generalist

  • Collaborate with HRBPs and partner teams on key HR areas/projects that are critical for the site/Region, such as introduction of new policies or benefits.
  • Benefits facilitation and administration
  • General day to day employee life-cycle, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Creation of all paperwork and correspondence and submissions of any and call changes to monthly payroll
  • Responsible for processing monthly invoices and credit card statements
  • Act as a steward of the employee experience and eOne culture.
  • Act as point of contact and Program Manager for people tools, processes, programs and projects.
  • Analyse data and observations across the organization, highlighting trends and recommending/driving solutions as appropriate.


Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Human Resources or related field.
  • UK Employment law knowledge and basics of HR administration.
  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor/Partner.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple priorities under tight time frames.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for entertainment.
  • Possesses intellectual curiosity; brings insight into the team & business.
  • Strong ability to work in a matrix fashion with business lead HR Partners.
  • Proficiency working with remote management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with managers thanks to strong expertise and judgement.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, communication and analysis.
  • Drives recommendations and prioritization.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Project management and execution skills.
  • Coaching and consulting skills.
