Live Producer (Digital D&D)

Are you passionate about delivering surprise and delight to players? As a Live Producer working with D&D Digital, you will support a diverse set of developers (from Artists to Engineers) focused on delivering content and features to our players. We are looking for an individual who excels in organization, is adaptable, and can help their team meet commitments. Using an Agile framework you will handle schedules, ensure pipelines, and make sure that you and your team are delighting players. You’ll encourage collaboration across time (zones) and space, and help guide work to ensure we’re focused on content that brings value to players.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate content releases and partner in creating content delivery pipelines.
• Run and improve the release process across a growing number of platforms.
• Collaborate with leads to ensure appropriately scoped releases.
• Provide transparency to product leadership - reporting risks to release dates.
• Run live operations of the product end-to-end.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years experience of game production/producer experience.
• 1+ year experience operating a live service experience, having delivered multiple live service game experiences.
• Experience with Art or Creative teams.
• Experience applying Agile, Kanban, Scrum, or Lean development process and practices.
• Deep spirit of perseverance and ability to guide teams and a dedication to seeing challenges through to their end.
• Experience in cross-team or cross-site collaboration.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Slack, Teams
• Strong willingness to learn
• Servant leader philosophy that empowers individual responsibility and team collaboration.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

• Starting Pay Range: $92,240
• Pay Range End: $159,120
