Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager Accounts Receivable Shared Services, this position will play a key role in assisting a newly formed Accounts Receivable function. The key responsibility for the role is to own Theatrical AR for UK; facilitating customer setup, invoicing, and ensuring timely collections.


Job Responsibilities:
▪ Request and review changes in support systems to ensure accurate billing
▪ Respond to billing inquires and requests for further information
▪ Execute best practice cash collection policies

▪ Solve account disputes and billing discrepancies
▪ Provide input to month end processes
▪ Ensure adherence to SOX controls
▪ Provide input to track and report performance of AR function
▪ Continuously strive to make improvements in existing process and models
▪ Review trends and analyse large sources of data

 

Qualifications and Experience:

▪ 1-3 years’ Accounts Receivable experience in a fast paced, deadline-oriented business environment

▪ Experience working as part of a globally diverse Shared Service team a plus

▪ Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization

▪ Proficient with MS Excel is a must

▪ Experience using Maccs’ and Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus

▪ Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner

▪ Knowledge of accepted accounting rules and practices and internal controls is required

▪ Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and attention to detail in all areas of work are crucial

▪ Fast learner and self-starter

▪ Willingness to roll up ones’ sleeves to get the job done

▪ Ability to work efficiently as a part of a team and independently

▪ Strong work ethic and flexibility to work overtime when required

▪ Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to think outside the box.
