The Role

A creative operations coordinator to assist with the evolving creative processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Utilising Monday.com as the primary project management tool, collaborating with various teams to ensure strong communication and delivery of creative assets.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • System Management: Help manage the Monday.com platform and ensure it is set-up for efficient team workflows. Implement systems changes to reflect team optimisations.   
  • Asset Management: Check, organise, rename, and upload all assets that go onto the asset management library. Assist with updates and developments to the asset management database.
  • Asset Creation Management: Assist the Creative Operations Manager with character art development, checking assets and collaborating with departments to ensure their needs are met and timing is communicated.
  • Wider Team Collaboration: Keep strong communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and production departments. Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Project Management: Assist with all creative projects on Monday.com, from inception to completion. This includes monitoring trackers for announcements and key dates, checking deadlines and being a technical help to team members.
  • Meeting Assistance: Arrange ad hoc meetings, ensuring that minutes are taken, and action points communicated.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on creative deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards and agreed convention.
  • Training and Support: Serve as a resource for troubleshooting issues and answering questions related to Monday.com or other creative project management issues.

 

To do this role, you will need…

 

  • To be adaptable and be able to handle changing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Have some knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications (especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator).
  • Knowledge on Monday.com or other project management systems is preferable.
  • Knowledge on CG and Vector Asset Creation is preferable.
