2026 Financial Analyst Intern- EMEA Cluster Team (London)

The EMEA Cluster team is looking to hire a Financial Analyst Intern to support the Cluster Sales Finance team. You’ll play a vital role in enabling financial transparency, discipline, and performance across one of Hasbro’s EMEA markets. This is a foundational role for early-career talent—offering exposure to commercial finance, ownership of overhead management, and an opportunity to learn through hands-on support to the Senior Finance Analyst and Finance Manager.

This is your chance to build real finance experience in a commercial environment, with direct exposure to sales, overheads, and account strategy. You’ll be supported by a strong finance team and positioned for growth within Hasbro EMEA’s finance organization.

The Internship Experience

Interns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer, you’ll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning.

 

What You Will do as a Financial Analyst Intern:

  • Overheads Ownership
    • Lead tracking and reporting of cluster overheads including T&E, facilities, merchandising, and samples.
    • Partner with Sales and Ops to maintain visibility and accuracy of overhead budgets and forecasts.
    • Reconcile monthly actuals and ensure correct cost allocations.
  • Sales Finance Support
    • Assist the Senior Finance Analyst in delivering weekly trackers and monthly business reviews.
    • Prepare data tables, reports, and inputs for customer and market-level analysis.
    • Support in forecasting sales and trade investments by customer.
  • Reporting & Process Management
    • Maintain reporting tools and templates to ensure smooth data flow and consistency.
    • Run monthly cost centre reviews with budget owners to ensure accuracy and discipline.
    • Help build visual dashboards and track key financial KPIs.

 

What You Will Bring (Required qaulifications/skills/competencies):

  • Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong Excel skills and interest in data; SAP and Power BI experience a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and timelines.
  • Eager to grow into a broader commercial finance role and learn from experienced leaders.

By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a clear understanding of how their work creates value, and meaningful exposure to what a full-time, entry-level role at Hasbro could look like, positioning them well for potential future opportunities.

Program Details

  • Interview Timeline: February – April
  • Summer Internship Program Dates (adjust accordingly for Co-op):
    • Start: Early June (target June 8)
    • End: Late August (target August 21)
  • Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Compensation:
    • Rates vary based on year in school, degree program, and office location
    • Final rates communicated during offer process
  • Location: Internship location will be at our London, Capper St office.
