2026 Financial Analyst- EMEA Portfolio (London)
The Finance EMEA Portfolio team is looking for a Financial Analyst Intern to join the team and be a key contributor to the financial planning and analysis engine that supports Hasbro’s regional performance. This role owns the regional overheads reporting while supporting two Senior Finance Analysts across FP&A and Marketing workstreams.
This role is a perfect entry point into Hasbro EMEA’s Finance organization. What You Will do as a Financial Analyst Intern:
- Overheads Ownership
- Lead the monthly overheads tracking and forecasting process across EMEA working with Cluster Finance Analysts.
- Partner with Cluster and Regional stakeholders to maintain accuracy and visibility of overhead costs.
- Ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
- Support for FP&A and Marketing Workstreams
- Assist the FP&A Senior Finance Analyst with weekly trackers, monthly reports, budget and forecast inputs.
- Support the Marketing & A&P Senior Finance Analyst with data preparation, pricing trackers, and ROI tools.
- Maintain integrity of planning models and update templates for cross-functional partners.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare data tables, charts, and reconciliations used in monthly business reviews.
- Ensure timely delivery of standardized and repeatable reports that drive visibility and action.
- Identify opportunities to simplify or automate reporting routines.
What You Will Bring (Required qaulifications/skills/competencies):
- Enrolled in an accredited degree program in the areas of Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Solid Excel skills; familiarity with SAP or Power BI is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- A team mindset with a willingness to support multiple streams of work.
By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a clear understanding of how their work creates value, and meaningful exposure to what a full-time, entry-level role at Hasbro could look like, positioning them well for potential future opportunities.
Program Details
- Interview Timeline: February – April
- Summer Internship Program Dates (adjust accordingly for Co-op):
- Start: Early June (target June 8)
- End: Late August (target August 21)
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Compensation:
- Rates vary based on year in school, degree program, and office location
- Final rates communicated during offer process
- Location: This internship will be located at our London, Capper St location.
