The intern will work across campaign planning for Toys, Games, Licensing & Entertainment, Video Games, Magic: The Gathering, and Dungeons & Dragons, partnering closely with senior leaders in the Chief Marketing Officer’s (CMO) organization. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure, and wants exposure to enterprise-level marketing strategy and operations.

Hasbro’s Summer Internship Program offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a global play and entertainment company operates- paired with the opportunity to make a real impact.

  • Direct interaction with senior leaders across the CMO organization
  • Hands-on experience shaping how marketing planning and operations work at a global company
  • A real opportunity to make an impact-not a “shadowing” internship
  • Mentorship and feedback from experienced marketing and operations leaders

By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a clear understanding of how their work creates value, and meaningful exposure to what a full-time, entry-level role at Hasbro could look like, positioning them well for potential future opportunities.
