2026 Summer Content Creator Intern

The Marketing Creative Studio (MCS) is the creative engine within Hasbro’s Global Marketing Organization. We’re a centralized team that partners across the business to deliver high-impact, insight-led creative that connects with audiences and drives commercial results. Our work spans the full portfolio: Magic: The Gathering, Play-Doh, Peppa Pig, Monopoly, Dungeons & Dragons, Transformers and more.

The Social Content team is the voice and vibe of our brands across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and more. We are hands-on creators who concept, shoot, edit and design scroll-stopping content that connects with our audiences in real time. Whether it's a quick trend, always-on content, or a campaign-worthy short, we bring energy, style, and storytelling into everything we create.

We’re seeking a culturally aware and creatively driven Social Content Intern to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about social media, plugged into trends, and keen to learn how to make compelling content that performs.

You’ll support content development across our owned channels, working closely with our Creators, Channel Managers, and our Creative Director. You’ll be guided day to day, get regular feedback, and build your skills through real work on real brands.

The Internship Experience

Hasbro’s Summer Internship Program offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a global play and entertainment company operates- paired with the opportunity to make a real impact.

Interns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer, you’ll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning.

What You Will do as a Content Creator Intern:

  • Support the creation of platform-specific brand content across TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms, with guidance from Senior Creator
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions
  • Assist with social-first content execution, including helping with scripting, shooting, editing, animation and design tasks, with direction and feedback
  • Help keep assets organized (footage, edits, project files) so the team can move quickly and stay consistent
  • Stay current on trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Apply our brand’s voice, visual style and tone consistently across content
  • Support content goals by learning what “good” looks like for different channels and formats, and iterating based on performance and feedback
  • Work within timelines and daily priorities, flagging risks early and asking for help when needed to keep delivery on track

 

What You Will Bring (Required qaulifications/skills/competencies):

  • A portfolio that shows your creativity and ability to make social content (this can include personal work, student projects, or work from placements)
  • An interest and/or experience creating social-first content
  • Exposure to organic content, and an interest in how paid social works
  • Familiarity with editing and design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) and/or mobile tools (e.g. CapCut, Edits), with a willingness to learn
  • An organised approach to managing tasks and deadlines, with support, without sacrificing quality
  • A proactive, thoughtful mindset
  • Adaptable and comfortable learning new tools, formats and ways of working
  • Effective communicator, able to share ideas clearly, take feedback and collaborate across the team
  • A genuine desire to build knowledge and connection with the stories and communities we serve

  • Interested in content creation for brands and social media marketing
  • Familiar with TikTok, Instagram and other platforms, and curious about what makes content feel native and engaging
  • Curious and culture-aware, with an interest in toys, games, pop culture and digital fandoms
  • Enthusiastic about working across a mix of brands and styles
  • Happy working as part of a team, taking direction well, and asking questions when something is unclear
  • Comfortable receiving feedback, with a growth mindset
  • A team player who brings ideas and takes direction well

 

By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a clear understanding of how their work creates value, and meaningful exposure to what a full-time, entry-level role at Hasbro could look like, positioning them well for potential future opportunities.

Program Details

  • Interview Timeline: February – April
  • Summer Internship Program Dates (adjust accordingly for Co-op):
    • Start: Early June (target June 8)
    • End: Late August (target August 21)
  • Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Compensation:
    • Rates vary based on year in school, degree program, and office location
    • Final rates communicated during offer process[CH2]  but this hourly rate for this opportunity will fall within the range of 22.00- 29.00 GBP/Hr.
  • Location: This internship will take place in Hasbro’s Capper St, London location.
