Supervising Producer – Hasbro Entertainment
(Full-time hours, Capper Street, London – Hybrid: Tuesday to Thursday in office, Mondays and Fridays flexible)

Reporting to the Director of Digital Content, you’ll partner with senior creatives and post-production experts to ensure every project hits the mark — on time, on budget, and at a level of quality that delights fans worldwide.

- Budget & Scope Mastery – You can build and manage detailed budgets for multi-episode shows, negotiate fair rates, and keep projects within scope without stifling creativity.

How this looks day to day -
Production Oversight & Delivery:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple productions across Hasbro IP, ensuring projects meet creative goals, stay within budget, and deliver on schedule from greenlight to release.
- Line produce a flagship series — managing schedules, budgets, vendor relationships, and day-to-day production decisions, supported by a dedicated Production Coordinator.
- Build and review detailed production budgets and schedules in partnership with team VP and Director, ensuring accuracy, scope alignment, and adherence to Hasbro production standards.
- Review and approve smaller-scale budgets and schedules prepared by Production Managers, maintaining consistency, clarity, and fiscal discipline across all projects.
- Partner with BLA on production agreements and vendor contracting, ensuring all required documentation, metadata, and assets are complete for delivery.
- Collaborate with Creative Producers to align production milestones with creative intent.
- Maintain awareness of franchise and commercial priorities throughout production, working with the Director and Brand teams to incorporate requests where possible while protecting schedule, budget, and creative integrity.
- Guide Coordinators on maintaining trackers and delivery schedules, providing senior oversight and resolving risks before escalation.
- Partner with the Post-Production Supervisor to ensure smooth transition from production to post, including prioritization and resource allocation.
- Drive best practices across scheduling, documentation, and workflow to support both scale and efficiency.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Represent the Production function in cross-departmental meetings, articulating production needs and constraints clearly and constructively.
- Lead a hybrid Production Team of approximately six core staff (two FTEs and four+ freelance managers/coordinators), scaling as projects demand.
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and empowered team culture — ensuring all contributors, freelance and staff, feel valued and supported.
- Mentor and develop team members through constructive feedback, delegation, and trust.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Extensive experience in production management for animation and/or live action (ideally across digital, AVOD, or broadcast pipelines).
- Proven success leading multi-project teams and delivering complex series on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — able to balance creative goals, franchise/ commercial requirements, with production realities.
- Highly organized and solution-oriented, with a proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong grasp of production finance, vendor management, and legal/contractual processes.
- Collaborative, empathetic, and calm under pressure — a natural team builder and problem solver.
- Passion for storytelling and an understanding of family and kids’ entertainment audiences.
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in when needed.
Experience required:
- Proven experience in production or production management.
- Proven experience managing hybrid, global teams and overseeing multiple concurrent productions.
- Familiarity with project management tools and agile workflows.
