At Hasbro, our mission is to entertain and connect generations of fans through the wonder of storytelling and exhilaration of play. We’re looking for adventurous and curious people who want to explore, experiment, and innovate to come up with the best ideas. Our culture has inspired our diverse team of highly skilled, highly creative, and highly committed individuals for 100 years and we believe the best is yet to come.
Hasbro’s AI Studio is building playful experiences that bring our beloved characters to life through AI. We’re building groundbreaking tools and experiences for licensed, brand-safe AI characters — spanning software, IP, partnerships, and physical and digital products.
We are hiring a Senior Manager, Licensing & Partnerships to drive licensing and partner execution across this emerging platform. You will help translate new AI-powered character use cases into structured, executable deals — while keeping complex, cross-functional initiatives moving with clarity and momentum.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands licensing, moves quickly, and is energized by building something new.
What You Will do as a Sr Manager of Partnerships & Licensing:
- Own execution of AI licensing deals from first conversation through contract and launch, across interactive characters, voice, digital products, and partner activations
- Source and develop inbound and outbound opportunities with studios, agencies, product partners, and IP owners
- Structure clear scopes of rights and commercial terms for emerging AI use cases, translating novel concepts into executable agreements
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, brand, and legal to ensure deals move forward with focus and steady progress
- Serve as day-to-day relationship lead for select partners, navigating approvals, guardrails, and evolving requirements
- Identify friction points early and proactively remove blockers to keep pilots and launches on track
- Capture findings from early deals and help shape repeatable licensing frameworks that can scale into marketplace structures
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in licensing, business affairs, strategic partnerships, or IP management
- Background in media, entertainment, gaming, or consumer products with IP focused on strong storytelling
- Direct experience negotiating and accomplishing licensing agreements
- Strong fluency working with legal teams and navigating contract processes
- Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity and help define new deal structures without precedent
- Fluent in AI tools and excited to build new workflows to move fast
- Highly organized and results-focused, with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Clear communicator who can align creative, legal, and technical partners
