We are seeking a Marketing Manager in our Brazil office to design and drive a sustainable go‑to‑market strategy across Hasbro’s full brand portfolio, ensuring each brand has a clear positioning and delivers on consumer, customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Define and refine the positioning of each brand, understanding its strategic role within the Hasbro portfolio.
  • Lead portfolio strategy to ensure product offerings meet consumer and market needs.
  • Develop competitive promotional and pricing strategies for the full brand portfolio.
  • Create brand diagnostics and action plans (short, medium, long term), consolidating a unified brand vision for senior leadership.

Go‑to‑Market & Channel Execution

  • Build 360º brand marketing plans in collaboration with the Trade team.
  • Co‑develop channel and customer-specific shelf strategies with Trade and eCommerce teams to maximise profitability and shopper impact.
  • Support the Trade and Merchandising teams in monitoring in‑store visibility and POS execution.
  • Provide guidance to Sales and CSM teams to ensure strong execution at point of sale.

Insights, Analytics & Reporting

  • Be the focal point for Circana data and Consumer Insights—providing reports, market share studies, projections and competitive analysis to the Marketing Director.
  • Continuously monitor brand performance (sell‑in, sell‑out, ST%, etc.) and provide management reporting.
  • Lead Marketing’s contribution to the Consensus Forecast Meeting, defining volume projections alongside Sales, Finance and Operations.
  • Track and analyse profitability KPIs (Net Sales, VM%, OP) with the Finance team.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of sell‑out, sell‑in, inventory, sell‑through, pricing, and distribution trends.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as the main communicator of brand strategies to Sales, Trade, Media, Finance and Operations teams.
  • Build strong internal partnerships across all Hasbro departments to maximise strategic impact and market presence.
  • Gather and share local feedback with regional and global teams to influence portfolio strategy.
  • Manage, develop, and coach direct reports and cross-functional project teams.

  • Strong analytical skills balanced with creativity and strategic thinking.
