We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand marketing strategies for a high-profile portfolio that includes Marvel, Beyblade, NERF, Star Wars, and Transformers. This role will be responsible for guaranteeing the consumer-facing identity of each franchise, driving global go-to-market strategies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and commercial success across all retail channels.
A day in the life as a Brand Manager:
Brand Strategy & Planning

Jointly with global and regional teams, develop annual brand plans and long-range strategic roadmaps for each franchise

Drive brand positioning, value proposition, and key message development across all touchpoints.

Monitor consumer trends, market insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic pivots.
Product & Marketing Development

Partner with global and regional teams to influence the toy line based on market needs and storytelling opportunities.

Lead, collaborate and partner with cross functional teams on integrated marketing campaigns including advertising, digital, experiential, and promotional initiatives.
Retail & Sales Integration

Work closely with Sales, Retail Marketing, and eCommerce teams to align brand communication with channel-specific strategies.

Develop merchandising programs, planograms, and POS support for key retail partners.

Support retailer presentations with consumer insights, brand narratives, and promotional planning.
Licensing & Franchise Collaboration

Liaise with licensors (e.g., Disney, Lucasfilm, Marvel, Takara Tomy) to align on brand priorities and approve product and marketing materials.

Manage brand health within licensed ecosystems, ensuring adherence to franchise guidelines.
Budget & Performance Management

Own and manage marketing budgets, track performance, and report ROI on marketing programs with regional and global teams.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is essential
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product management
- Proven track record of managing brand campaigns and product launches with the expertise in forecasting (large sku count), business planning and budget optimization
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Agencies) including global and regional teams
- Analytical and strategic thinking maintaining brand equity across all consumer touchpoints
- Data driven decision making
- Fluent in English
