Sales Analyst / Analista de Ventas

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about commercial data analysis and sales strategy? Join our team as an E-commerce Sales Analyst and play a key role in driving decisions for major accounts like Amazon, Mercado Libre, and Omnichannel clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance and profitability for national accounts.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track commercial KPIs.
  • Support sales forecasts and budget preparation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve assortment, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and finance teams to align strategies.
  • Conduct sales analysis to uncover new opportunities and optimize account performance.
  • Process customer purchase orders and report monthly COB spending.
  • Manage product catalogs on customer platforms.
  • Monitor and update KPIs for each account (sales, inventory, margins, COB, etc.).
  • Follow up on key initiatives for assigned accounts.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources (Circana, Vendor Central) to provide actionable commercial recommendations.

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • Advanced English (mandatory).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial analysis, business intelligence, or sales.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI or similar).
  • Knowledge of E-commerce channels (preferred).
  • Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver within deadlines (resilience).
