We are currently seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Manager to lead the information technology function in Mexico. This role is responsible for overseeing all IT operations (Warehouse and Office), ensuring technology infrastructure and local systems run efficiently and securely, while partnering closely with business teams to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Business Partnership

  • Analyze business requirements to determine technology needs across functional areas.

  • Partner with business and IT leaders to define the local IT strategy and roadmap aligned with Hasbro’s goals.

  • Support the design, execution, and delivery of new technical solutions.

2. Technology & Infrastructure Leadership

  • Ensure stable and secure operation of IT systems and infrastructure in office and warehouse environments.

  • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems to support business continuity and growth.

3. Project & Vendor Management

  • Manage third-party vendors, ensuring high-quality and cost-efficient delivery of services (Service Desk, Systems).

  • Oversee IT budgets, contracts, and asset acquisitions for hardware and software.

  • Monitor project plans, deadlines, and KPIs to ensure timely and effective execution.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide guidance and direction to internal and external IT resources.

  • Foster strong working relationships with Global IT, ensuring proper support of local applications and infrastructure.

  • Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the IT team.

5. Budget & Risk Management

  • Manage and report on capital and operational expenditures.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and propose scalable solutions within budgetary constraints.


Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including proven leadership in a managerial or strategic IT role.

  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure and systems in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

  • Knowledge of SAP HANA and experience with enterprise systems is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
