Sr Financial Analyst

The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for:

Risk Assessment & Executive Reporting

• Evaluate and clearly communicate business risks associated with key decisions.
• Prepare flash highlights, insights, and executive‑level reporting to ensure timely visibility into financial and strategic developments.

Strategic Issue Support

• Address strategic and ad‑hoc business questions that complement ongoing planning, forecasting, and analysis processes.
• Provide data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making across cross‑functional teams.

Analytical & Problem‑Solving Expertise

• Interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Apply strong analytical and modelling skills to improve forecasting accuracy and commercial decision support.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate analyses and insights clearly to both financial and non‑financial partners.
• Adapt messaging for audiences ranging from Key Account Managers to senior leadership.

Process Improvement & Change Leadership

• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate financial processes.
• Lead or support initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality, and ways of working.

Planning & Forecasting

• Lead monthly forecasting and budgeting cycles for your market.
• Deliver weekly trackers and support market performance reviews.
• Ensure investment and allowance tracking is accurate and aligned with forecast assumptions.

Business Partnership & Influence

• Act as a co‑pilot to Key Account Managers, providing risk/opportunity analyses and prioritization support.
• Provide financial input into Joint Business Plans and customer negotiations.
• Prepare and present financials in internal and cross‑functional forums.

Reporting & Analysis

• Build models, reports, and presentations that support decision‑making and improve transparency.
• Support commercial teams with margin walkthroughs, pricing scenarios, and account diagnostics.
• Contribute to the improvement of systems, reporting tools, and forecasting models.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial finance or within a fast‑paced consumer business.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; SAP or Power BI experience is a plus.
• Excellent business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to influence non‑finance stakeholders.
• A desire to grow into a Finance Manager role within the next few years.
• Commercial curiosity, a bias for action, and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
