Job Description
In the IT department, our mission is to empower creativity and innovation by providing seamless, reliable, and cutting-edge technology solutions. As a Senior IT Technician, your mission is to play a pivotal role in ensuring that our talented game developers, artists, and designers have the tools, support and infrastructure they need to bring their imaginative worlds to life.

What a Senior IT Technician does at Invoke
- Assist users in day-to-day tech support (Lvl1 +2)
- Support the IT Network engineer and the IT Administrator
- Prepare and troubleshoot workstations for employees
- Update computer parts, such as GPU and RAM memory
- Provide training and onboarding for new employees.
- Maintain the hardware and software inventory up to date
- Manage access and lifecycle for user accounts
What you'll bring
- 3 - 5 Years of experience in IT Tech support / IT Projects
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, EntraID, Autodesk and Adobe
- Experience with A/V technologies and meeting room setups (Teams Rooms, Yealink)
- Easily adapts to an industry that evolves quickly
- Experience with Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto (asset)
- IT experience in a game or VFX studio (major asset)
- Experience with Linux, Ansible & docker (asset)
