We’re looking for an accomplished and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help us grow and enable our studios to build games for multiple platforms, expressions, and diverse audiences. You’re part brand ambassador, part talent architect, and part trusted advisor—with a passion for connecting extraordinary creative and technical minds to opportunities that shape the future of play.
As a Senior Talent Partner, you set the tone for candidate experience & help jumpstart everything we do. You will help strengthen and evangelize our culture & employment brand, expand creative sourcing techniques, and build recruiting strategies that empower us to meet goals and have fun while doing it!
Location: This role is based in our Montreal, QC office with an in-office schedule 3 days per week.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, influencing decisions that align with HR and talent acquisition standards, business goals and elevate the quality of our talents.
- Lead end-to-end recruiting—from strategy and sourcing through negotiation and close—with an eye toward excellence in every candidate and stakeholder interaction.
- Design and activate innovative sourcing approaches to attract diverse, global talent across technical and creative disciplines.
- Build lasting relationships with future-fit talent, ensuring Wizards is always top-of-mind for the best in the industry.
- Deliver a remarkable candidate experience, creating ambassadors for our brand whether or not they join our team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition and HR, driving process innovation and data-informed decision-making.
- Partner deeply with engineering, data, platform, and infrastructure teams to translate technical roadmaps into scalable hiring strategies.
- Build hiring plans across complex technical domains (e.g., game engines, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, data, AI/ML, DevOps, security).
- Calibrate on technical expectations, leveling, and signal quality—ensuring consistent, fair, and high-bar assessments across teams.

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to engage deeply with both technical and creative talent, understanding the nuances of skills, tools, and craft.
- A track record of using innovative, data-driven sourcing methods to uncover and engage passive candidates.
- Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve your day to day workflow and recruiting outcomes
- Outstanding stakeholder partnership and timely follow-through that inspire confidence and trust
- Exceptional candidate assessment and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for senior and specialized technical roles (e.g., Staff+, Principal, Architect, Engine, Platform).
- Strong business acumen—you understand how talent fuels organizational success and can tailor your approach accordingly.
- Ability to prioritize and pivot in a high-volume environment without losing precision or momentum.
- A growth mindset with the drive to keep raising the bar
- Experience in Games and general knowledge of our Intellectual Propriety is highly desired
