About the Internship Program:

 

Over the course of 10 weeks, a select group of college and university students will join us, gaining valuable work experiences and insights into our most exciting products. Interns engage with Hasbro’s beloved brands, gaining meaningful work-experience through day-to-day training, hands-on projects, executive exposure, individual development planning, and mentorship.

 

  • Our program runs between June 10 - August 16, 2024.

What You'll Do & What You'll Learn:

 

  • Support the team that handles the strategic planning process, including the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including global brand, regional marketing, media, PR, social media, analytics, and creative to ensure flawless execution and alignment with brand objectives

  • Own management of the team’s tools, including trackers and documentation

  • Assist in scheduling touchpoints with key collaborators

  • Lead specific aspects of the briefing process, including note-taking and receiving/synthesizing inputs from regions and subject matter experts

  • Support in the kick-off of 2025 campaign development as needed, by updating the strategic playbooks and crafting internal and /external marketing materials

  • Provide feedback on creative assets during the development process

  • Analyze segmentation research and other key data to identify white space opportunities and inform marketing strategy

  • Leverage creative thinking, lead competitor analysis and market research, stay updated with industry trends, and gather consumer insights to inform campaign strategies

 

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-seeking program majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism or related degree with at least one quarter or semester left after August 2024.

  • Available to work full-time hours for 10 weeks either remotely or hybrid at our New York, NY office location.

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

  • Digital savviness, a passion for pop culture, updates on the latest trends

  • Experience creating outstanding PowerPoint presentations
