Hasbro’s Global Licensed Consumer Products organization has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Coordinator to join their team based out of NYC.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile team member who wants to roll up their sleeves and immerse themselves in all things, Licensing! This professional will oversee administrative support for our business GM and, also have fantastic opportunities to work alongside our Regional and Functional teams on world class projects.

A day in the life of our Sr Coordinator for Global Licensed Consumer Products…

  • Carry out all administrative duties for GM including but not limited to, calendar management, processing expenses, purchase orders, invoice approvals and, managing all components of travel.
  • Communicate with global employees and regional leadership on GM’s behalf and coordinate logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
  • Oversee all administrative communication with new licensees including scheduling kick off calls, meetings, and collecting any required paperwork for legal and finance.
  • Maintain various licensing contract databases and trackers.
  • Manage and coordinate global leadership summits, licensing trade-show support, and regional external brand summits.
  • Work closely with all internal departments, both domestically and internationally, including marketing, creative, retail, legal, finance, and product development as needed.
  • Attend meetings with current and potential licensees with the licensing team as needed/appropriate
  • General administrative support as needed, including, updating and maintaining all internal and external reports including Licensee Newsletter, brand decks, etc.
  • Be responsible for the planning and execution of Licensee Day Summits, tradeshow and retail events including procuring and shipping product as needed.
  • Regular attendance at trade shows and social industry functions where applicable to support with meeting management.

What you’ll bring…

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Coordinator or Administrative support position.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Imagination and curiosity about the character/entertainment licensing industry.
  • Expert interpersonal and communication skills (both written & verbal).
  • A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize projects while managing deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Team player that works well with others and, is eager to learn and support a growing business.
