The Sustainability Associate ESG Analyst proactively supports the sustainability data collection and reporting process, working in close collaboration with both the corporate Global Sustainability Team and local/regional site representatives.

This is a hybrid role and requires the ability to work onsite 2 to 3 days per week in our Pawtucket, RI office.
A day in the life as a Sustainability Data Analyst:
- ESG Data Coordination and Assurance: Support the ESG Manager with ESG data collection in alignment with respective reporting frameworks including CSRD, GRI, SASB, ISSB. Support publication of annual ESG report and ongoing efforts to meet EU’s CSRD reporting regulations in 2026. Regularly perform data verification and quality assurance from both internal and external sources to ensure accuracy. Additionally, work with Hasbro’s external auditor to assure ESG data.
- Manage ESG Reporting platforms: Support initial efforts, setup and ongoing use and maintenance of the global Sustainability Management and Reporting (SMR) platform – Workiva. Become Subject Matter Expert in Workiva.
- Data Analysis and Tracking: Work cross functionally to gather supporting documentation for ESG Raters and Ranker submissions (including JUST Capital, S&P Global, ISS, and Sustainalytics), retailer requests, and other ESG data inquires. Additionally, manage reporting tracker and calendar.
- Communication, Training and Collaboration: Update and maintain internal intranet and external internet pages for the ESG/Sustainability team. Engage with Quality Assurance and Government Affairs teams to track ESG and Sustainability regulations and reporting requirements, primarily those emerging from Europe and Asia. Act as a point-of-contact for internal and external inquiries about our ESG/Sustainability program.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Energy/Environmental Management, Data/Computer Science, Environmental Engineering/Science, or other analytics degree.
- 0 - 2 years of related experience with environmental sustainability data collection and analysis.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, especially using large energy datasets.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, specifically advanced Excel skills.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
Compensation Range, Currency USD:
- Starting Pay Range: $59,000
- Pay Range End: $109,500
