We're seeking an Assistant Manager Global Brand Development & Marketing to support our Beyblade and Fortnite business!

With Hasbro's strategic partnership with Licensors for Beyblade and Fornite, we have the responsibility for development of product lines that leverage everything these two amazing brands represent.  This role will support the global product development and marketing processes, line planning activities, and brand strategy to drive the brands forward and into the homes of fans.


A day in the life as an Assistant Brand Manager:

As a consumer-first problem solver, creative consumer marketer and brand developer you will support global product development and marketing processes, line planning activities, and brand strategy. You will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product lines that meet financial objectives
  • Navigate internal systems and processes to ensure product lines are set up for success with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in development of overall go-to-market product strategy
  • Assist in development of primary assets for advertising and other marketing communications
  • Use data analysis to make informed decisions quickly
  • Collaborate with marketing partners on regional merchandising activities relative to category plan.

  • 1-2 years experience in consumer goods marketing, or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field, or equivalent
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints
  • Well developed, verbal, written and dynamic presentation skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
