Left Foot Blue, Hasbro’s internal creative production agency, is looking for a motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Associate Producer to join our team. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment, on a wide range of projects for brands including Nerf, Transformers, Peppa Pig and Monopoly.


The Associate Producer will work closely with our Production team and will also partner with the Post Production and Creative teams efficiently and effectively, to help manage projects through the pipeline on time and on budget.

 

This is a Temporary position lasting up to 12 months. 

 

Summary Description:
 

At Left Foot Blue, Associate Producers are naturals at juggling (projects) and wearing many hats. Our Associate Producers can assist in the prep of a Pre-Pro meeting, help set up for a shoot, run a voice over session, and schedule a client review, all on the same day without breaking a sweat.

Our projects are as varied as our amazing brands which will include broadcast commercials,
e-commerce videos, and branded content for digital and social media platforms. 

 

A Day in the Life of an Associate Producer involves (but really, is there a typical day?):
 

  • Scheduling project kick off meetings and reviews with clients
  • Working closely alongside the lead Producer of a project, as well as marketing partners, from beginning stages of Creative Development through Production and Post Production
  • Assisting in the preparation of shoots – which includes but is not limited to the submission of product orders, casting, obtaining certificates of insurance, and preparing and distributing talent contracts to appropriate legal partners
  • Preparing fact sheets, final scripts and instructions for project delivery
  • Overseeing voiceover record sessions
  • Managing final network clearance
  • Providing coverage while lead Producer is on set or out of the office

 

The Job Might Be For You, If You Have / Are…
 

  • 4-6 years of experience in Broadcast / Digital content production
  • BA degree in Advertising, Communication or Film Studies / Production strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm, confident and patient under pressure
  • A dynamic, results-oriented problem solver
  • Experience in transforming a strategy and vision into actionable plans
  • Experience in managing internal and external partners
  • Experience in developing / producing leading edge media, advertising and / or video content
     

The studio is based in RI; we are currently working remote, but candidates should be prepared to return to the office in September.
