We have an immediate need for a detail-oriented, innovative Marketer to oversee global product development and brand development for key segments on our growing and high-profile Fashion Preschool Brand Team. You will play an active role in helping to craft insightful product and brand strategies for a collection of Brands. A strong candidate possesses a strong work ethic and a self-starter mentality. In this critical role, you will partner with cross-functional teams (Design & Development, Packaging, Engineering, Demand Planning, Global Supply and Finance) on all phases of product development. As such, the successful candidate will need to be a strategic, high-energy, and collaborative thought-leader with an ambitious spirit, curious mind and a sense of urgency. Creativity, ingenuity, and financial acumen will help you build foundational insights on how to grow the business. Help us bring insights on what’s new and cool for our consumer – from kid to adult - with the ability to help translate those opportunities into viable revenue streams.
This position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA.
A Day In The Life of the Associate Brand Manager:
- Develop overall go-to-market product strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to create incremental growth opportunities and develop higher-margin businesses
- Demonstrate strategic and creative thought leadership and apply consumer and social insights to drive product innovations that better meet and exceed demand. Be an internal influencer who can put thoughts into action!
- Partner with the global supply chain to identify programs to decrease development costs and gain efficiencies where applicable
- Provide timely and consistent communication of brand activity and key information to internal business partners.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to understand business needs, retailer trends & challenges, identify growth opportunities, and deliver best-in-class brand plans
- Take ownership of product development tools like P2M, HDM, & Jetpack systems to ensure strong organization of brand line plans with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
What you’ll bring:
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in marketing, product development or related field
• MBA preferred (additional work experience in lieu of MBA considered)
• Bachelors Degree (Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred)
• Understanding of the steps necessary to bring products to market
• Creative thinker with the ability to be agile and flexible in thinking.
• Motivated and resourceful self-starter who can creatively tackle problems and maximize available resources.
• Ability to make informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track.
• Collaborative; able to work with, get information/help from and influence internal groups across the company
• Business and financial acumen with strong analytical skills. Can make sense of quantitative and qualitative information to craft a story
• Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints
• Digital-first mindset
• Well developed, verbal, written and dynamic presentation skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

The base salary range for this position is $74,100.00 to $111,200.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
