The Associate Manager, Consumer Insights will have the amazing opportunity to join our growing Analytics, Insights and Measurement (AIM) team and be dedicated to Hasbro’s Preschool brand portfolio! In this role, you will help us conduct global quantitative and qualitative research projects, analyze data, and translate your findings into actionable insights and recommendations that help build world-class brands, products, entertainment, and marketing programs.

As a member of AIM, you will be empowered to grow as a voice of the consumer who fearlessly uses data and insights to help teams make better business decisions that grow our franchises and bring winning products and experiences to market.
As the Associate Manager of Consumer Insights, you’ll:
- Develop a strong understanding of your portfolio’s audiences, brands, categories, play patterns, and entertainment interests to support your growth as a voice of the consumer
- Partner with teammates to translate stakeholder business issues into research or analytic plans to provide insight-driven decision guidance
- In collaboration with teammates and vendor partners, design research projects and insightful analyses to yield recommendations that inform brand strategies, product development, content planning, and advertising creative
- Support execution of research projects that are a mix of strategic and tactical, with a focus on concept testing, volumetric forecasting, ad testing, and brand tracking studies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across all phases of execution – briefing, project design, quantitative and qualitative input development, data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Access and synthesize data from multiple sources – primary research, secondary/syndicated data, and analytic outputs – to inform business decisions
- Effectively communicate learnings and recommended action steps to stakeholders through simple yet compelling narratives, including via live presentation
What you'll bring:
- 3-4 years in consumer insights or market research, preferably with experience working at a research supplier or agency
- A solid understanding of fundamental qualitative and quantitative research techniques and basic statistics
- Team-oriented, but able to work independently
- Ability to juggle many needs while prioritizing the most impactful work
- High-level analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with insights storytelling, connecting disparate qualitative or quantitative dots to illuminate clean, compelling narratives to inspire action
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools and navigating Power BI dashboards
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required, preferably in social sciences, marketing/market research, or a related discipline
- MBA, other advanced degree, or additional education in consumer insights/analytics a plus

The base salary range for this position is $68,700.00 to $103,100.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
