We are looking for an enthusiastic and future-focused Associate Brand Manager to join our Hasbro Gaming, Franchise Marketing team. This is an exciting role which spans across our entire Hasbro Gaming portfolio!

A Day in the Life...

  • Manage global franchise development and marketing including entertainment and content creation as well as brand strategy to drive the Gaming portfolio.
  • Assist in development of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive conversation through innovative storytelling, data driven insights, and on-brand creative.
  • Lead day-to-day contact for agency partners and own the creative execution timeline with deliverables from briefing to asset delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across the globe to ensure alignment on key brand initiatives, including identifying innovative ways to grow the business.
  • Strive to own the execution, deployment, and optimization of franchise marketing plans.
  • Explore our brand blueprint and identify synergies with Licensed Consumer Products, Location-Based Entertainment, Global Promotions, and Digital Gaming.
  • Demonstrate creative thinking and use of consumer insights to drive franchise innovations which better meet and exceed consumer demands.


What You'll Bring ...

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
  • At least 2 years of varied experience supporting marketing programs.
  • An understanding of the global marketplace and the entertainment industry is a plus.
  • We believe in imagination and storytelling skills shown through your ability to thrive with creative development and how best to share a compelling story to the consumer.
  • Ability to communicate a strong customer-centric perspective to help get into the mind of consumers and make recommendations to guide brands.
  • Dedication to a Digital-First Approach which is amplified through comfort leveraging digital insights and key trends to improve the brand in unique ways.
  • Experience in the social landscape including platform knowledge, best practices, and up to date trends is crucial.
  • Strong data analysis skills to ensure you have a good sense of information and how that influences strategy in a constantly evolving global market.
  • Experience with various marketing campaigns where you've coordinated a clear objective, target audience and omnichannel.
  • A dedication to seeking and listening to diverse points of view.
