This includes collaborating with diverse multi-functional teams at our Rhode Island headquarters, and direct communication with product development partners in Hasbro&rsquo;s Far East offices and other locations around the world.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Additionally, you will actively participate and make valuable contributions to the product development process by identifying and implementing innovative methods and solutions that will deliver on product objectives by providing the most cost-effective engineering direction. As part of the multi-functional development team, you will be actively involved in defining the initial product, managing the builds of proof of concept models, exploring new materials and new processes, developing and defining product specifications.
