Every day you’ll be working with passionate and creative designers, engineers, and marketers. You'll help to manage the global product development and marketing processes, line planning activities, and brand strategy to drive our high-profile brand. In this exciting role, you will partner with cross-functional teams; including but not limited to regional marketing, consumer marketing, licensed consumer product, as well as design and development, packaging, engineering, demand planning, and costing to bring new play experiences to life. You will be the voice of the consumer throughout this process, taking into account research studies and competitive analysis. Successful candidates are proactive, energetic, collaborative, responsive, flexible, creative, analytical, strategic and decisive. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI  

 

A Day in the Life as a Brand Manager -  Games:

  • Deepen your expertise in global brand strategy, product innovation and storytelling - accelerating your trajectory toward senior brand leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to grow the business.
  • Leverage creative thinking and consumer insights to drive product innovations and better meet/exceed consumer demands.
  • Evolve consumer research into clear and concise, insights based, sell in stories to hand off to regional marketing partners, sales and retail.
  • Lead in the development of overall go-to-market product strategy, support asset development in partnership with commercial marketing team by providing item details and collaborating on messaging of unique selling features.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience in consumer goods marketing or related field, with a track record of leadership and results.
  • Strategic and consumer-obsessed: You anticipate trends, understand what makes players tick, and turn insights into winning strategies.
  • Analytical and creative: You’re as comfortable building a business case as you are brainstorming the next big game idea.
  • Collaborative leader: You empower teams, build consensus, and believe great ideas can come from anywhere.
  • Persuasive communicator: You tell stories that inspire, influence, and drive action.
  • Agile and entrepreneurial: You embrace change, experiment boldly, and lead teams through ambiguity.

The salary range for this position is $104,800.00 to $157,200.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
