At Hasbro, we are looking for people who want to explore, experiment, innovate and create. We’re changing the face of play and entertainment and looking for dreamers, doers, thinkers and creators to come up with the best ideas. Our culture of Community, Passion, Integrity and Creativity has inspired our diverse team of highly skilled, highly creative and highly committed individuals for 90+ years and we believe the best is yet to come.

This role works closely with Legal, Information Technology, Human Resources, and partners across the company.

You should possess robust organizational abilities and show a consistent record of successful project management. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communications skills and be willing to explore creative and pragmatic problem-solving approaches. You care about fostering a collaborative environment and act with a team-first mindset. You show a willingness to learn new technologies and keep current with an evolving legal landscape. You should be comfortable working in an international environment, with partners across our global network.

A day in the life of a Privacy Compliance Paralegal:

  • Drive compliance policy management, including creation of a global legal compliance database and master schedule of policy revisions. Craft a system to track development and implementation of new documentation and policy revisions developed by subject matter experts. Work closely with our global Human Resources organization and legal partners to ensure proper implementation.
  • Lead electronic global compliance training delivery by coordinating content creation, inputting revisions within the training tool and working with vendors to deliver the content within delivery deadlines.
  • Coordinate the work of in-house counsel, external counsel, and consultants across multiple jurisdictions using project management tools and strategies.
  • Assist in-house counsel in advising on day-to-day global privacy legal needs, including those encountered in connection with employee-related initiatives globally.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively with and coordinate projects with team members from different disciplines and geographic locations and to interact well with colleagues across Hasbro.
