At Hasbro, our best-in-class Licensed Consumer Products (LCP)business is supported by a growing, global Business and Legal Affairs team. We are seeking a diligent contracts professional to join the team and help us take Hssbro's many beloved brands to new heights. This role will support a group of contract administrators, paralegals, attorneys, and business professionals as we draft and negotiate license agreements for third-party uses of brands such as PEPPA PIG, TRANSFORMERS, and MONOPOLY. A day in the life of a Contracts Administrator:

  • Supervise the contract life-cycle of a variety of license agreements, including in connection with consumer products, retail venues, food/beverage service companies, and publishing.
  • Draft standard contracts for the review of the paralegals and attorneys on the team.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the LCP team, coordinating contract approval processes and maintaining all contractual records in various internal systems.
  • Train new LCP category managers on the various contract procedures and practices.
  • Partner with various internal departments including Risk Management Department, Finance, Royalty Accounting, Internal Audit, and Quality Assurance.


What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience with licensing, legal contracts & rights management systems (preferably within a Consumer Products division or company).
  • Excellent ability to read and interpret agreements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically SharePoint, Excel and Word), and comfortable working with different database systems.
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset to explore new software systems and willing to self-educate when needed on new apps or technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, and ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
