Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SharePoint Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, with a strong ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement workflows and automations using Microsoft SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable, user-friendly applications and automated processes that enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements for new SharePoint-based applications and solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and pages.
  • Build and manage workflows and automations using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards and governance.
  • Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end-users.
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and best practices to continuously improve solutions.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience developing in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Strong proficiency with Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API is a plus.
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400, MS-600) are a plus.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with governance and compliance in Microsoft 365 environments.
