This role is hands on and is a perfect opportunity for an intern to make an impact on a growing IT organization. This UX/UI design intern will end up with a full portfolio of solutions developed with the UX intern’s guidance.<br /> As a UX Designer at Hasbro, you will be part of the Digital Operations team. We strive to drive digital experiences on any platform across any device. You will be responsible for assisting the team in developing engaging, compelling experiences for our brands and toolsets.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Core Strengths:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You are pro-active in your approach to guidance for the engineering team</li> <li>You are ok with tight deadlines and willing to collaborate across multiple disciplines</li> <li>You are willing to take the lead and help drive UX/UI practices across the team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Background/exposure to UX/UI design, including mobile app, and/or web design- strong portfolio with examples of student or personal projects required.</li> <li>Experience with prototyping tools (In Vision, sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)</li> <li>Experience with User Experience mapping</li> <li>Excellent Oral and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to think critically and document design decisions with reference to quantitative data, user feedback and UX best practices</li> </ul> <p>Hasbro (NASDAQ: HAS) is a global play and entertainment company committed to Creating the World's Best Play Experiences.
