  • Champion creative excellence and modern marketing, writing inspiring, tight briefs, piloting new formats/partners, leveraging AI, and scaling what works.
  • Deliver region-ready assets, toolkits and calendars that enable adaptation without fragmentation.
  • Own campaign performance and investment, building scenarios, defining KPIs, tracking results, and recommending optimizations to maximize impact.
  • Partner with regional marketing and key accounts to reflect local insights, retail moments, and channel realities in plans and assets.
  • Partner with brand creative to build creative strategy that ensures visuals and messaging across events, activations, platforms and content tell a broader brand and consumer story.
  • Tell the story. Synthesize insights and results into crisp narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Develop people and ways of working, coaching teammates and modeling an inclusive, learning, curious and growth-oriented culture.
  • Be unafraid to try new things, pivot quickly, and explore paths less traveled.

What you’ll bring:

  • 10 years in integrated consumer marketing/brand management with proven ownership of strategy-through-activation on complex, multi-channel campaigns. Toy, Game or Licensing experience a plus – though is not a requirement.
  • Portfolio mindset: able to plan across brands, audiences, and seasons and spot cross-brand opportunities that create outsized impact.

  • Global experience: comfortable partnering across regions/time zones and adapting work to market needs while maintaining brand cohesion.
  • Analytical rigor: facility with KPIs, experimentation, and marketing effectiveness; you use data to make calls and tell compelling stories.

  • Exceptional communication: clear writer, presenter, and editor with executive-ready polish.
  • Leadership: Experience managing a team and developing talent
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field (MBA a plus).

Success looks like:

  • Business results tied to marketing efforts
  • Strong partnership across brand, cross-functional and agency teams.
  • Clear strategy and briefs, on-time toolkits, and campaigns that outperform benchmarks.
  • Region and retailer integration from the outset
  • Learnings captured and scaled; low-impact work sunset.
  • Strong creative that resonates with consumers and drives measurable business results.
