Hasbro is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Director to lead the transformation to a unified global payroll strategy across 30+ countries. This role will also lead and inspire a team of global payroll professionals to ensure on-going delivery of best-in-class payroll operations ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a superior employee experience in alignment with Hasbro’s Play to Win strategy.

 

This is a hybrid role and requires the ability to work on site 3 days per week.

 

A day in the life of the Global Payroll Director:

  • Lead the strategic transformation of the global payroll  organization.
  • Develop ongoing global payroll strategy.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing for a workforce of 4,000+ employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within HR, IT, and Finance to integrate payroll with other enterprise systems.
  • Lead a global team of payroll professionals and manage third-party partners.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and champion adoption across the payroll team.
  • Monitor evolving global payroll regulations and partner with cross-functional teams such as Legal and Internal Audit to implement compliant internal control processes related to payroll.
  • Resolve payroll related issues, investigate root causes, and implement preventative measures.
  • Set KPIs for the payroll team and oversee continuous process improvement efforts to ensure operational excellence.

 

What You’ll bring:

  • 10+ years of global payroll leadership and service delivery.
  • Expertise in platforms like ADP, Success Factors or SAP.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR preferred.
  • Deep understanding of global payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining global payroll solutions and related change management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, AI-enabled work environment.
  • Demonstrated innovative, curious and inclusive leadership.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven strategic thinking.

The base salary range for this position is $129,920.00 to $194,880.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
