Hasbro’s Global Production Studios Intern

About the Internship Program:

Over the course of 11 weeks, a select group of college and university students will join us, gaining valuable work experiences and insights into our most exciting products. Interns engage with Hasbro’s beloved brands, gaining meaningful work-experience through day-to-day training, hands-on projects, executive exposure, individual development planning and mentorship.

 

  • Our program runs between June 9- August 22, 2025.

At Hasbro, we have a fun and creative team in a fast-paced, in-house Global Production Studio! We are seeking a Production Intern to support and learn from our team. If you enjoy contributing to visual strategies, collaborating with others, and delivering assets for outstanding brands, we are excited to have you join our collaborative team!

 

About the Role: Are you a creative who loves making art but is more interested in the process and the work behind the scenes to complete the artwork? This might be the perfect internship for you! As Hasbro’s Global Production Studio Intern, you will primarily support the production team and studio manager. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring our productions are set up for success, milestones are tracked, and assets are readily available for the global marketplace. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a world-class team and bring your production skills to life!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in production meetings by providing creative input and taking notes/minutes as needed.
  • Build and manage statements of work for vendors involved in photo and video productions.
  • Learn how to use our Monday.com portal and handle achievement tracking for active productions.
  • Assist in the preparation and planning of production schedules.
  • Book and manage vendor bookings across multiple productions.
  • Build comprehensive estimates for various types of productions for approval by lead producers.
  • Assist with routing and tracking post-production to our Shenzhen Studio and external teams, including file management, preparing contact sheets, and tracking asset reviews and approvals with brand partners.
  • Perform other tasks or assignments as needed to support production goals.

Skills & Proficiencies:

  • Proactive and eager to learn about the in-house studio industry.
  • Experience with, or ready to expand skills in, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, Monday.com, and Capture One.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to assist with various aspects of the production process.
  • Ability to stay on schedule, keep organized, and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth production schedules and workflows.
  • Effective and confident communication with clients, collaborators, vendors, and agencies.

 

Pay Transparency:

 

Minimum Hourly Rate: $32.00/hr

Maximum Hourly Rate: $34.00/hr
