Growth Channel Sales Intern (Summer 2025)

Over the course of 11 weeks, a select group of college and university students will join us, gaining valuable work experiences and insights into our most exciting products. Interns engage with Hasbro’s beloved brands, gaining meaningful work-experience through day-to-day training, hands-on projects, executive exposure, individual development planning, and mentorship.

Our US Sales team has an opening for a summer intern on Business-to Business and Specialty Toy Account Team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks and work on projects for the Director of Sales and the Hasbro sales staff. The Growth Channel account team calls on growing customers for the US business. You will work with the team to create sales strategies and assist in building sales presentations. The position will assist in working on our Business-to-Business website and help to build marketing strategies to grow sales and increase customers. If schedule permits you will attend sales calls, our Growth Channel Meeting, and Customer Previews. This is an excellent way to learn about a sales role at Hasbro and interact on a regular basis with our Marketing Team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and compile Business to Business Sales Strategies.
  • Weekly Reporting and Analytical Assistance
  • Review Website Performance and Product Assortment
  • Review Open Orders for Select Accounts
  • Ad Hoc Requests from Sales Team
  • Compile and report information for our US Marketing Team

 

Critical Skills Required

  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly, clear and timely manner.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced complex environment and meet goals under pressure
  • High energy, hard-working, with a positive demeanor
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong Project & Time Management
  • Candidate will communicate progress on ad- hoc projects to the team on a daily/weekly basis and ensures tasks are done timely and accurately. Communication and detail skills are key to success.

Pay Transparency:

Minimum Salary: $33.00/hr

Maximum Salary: $37.00/hr
