The Human Resources Business and Integrity partner will be the primary business partner for the Global Human Resources team. This role will support the day-to-day and strategic needs of the group through talent management, development planning, compensation planning, performance management and employee relations support. This role will also drive delivery of Hasbro’s global ethics and integrity program by ensuring that communications, trainings, and other critical initiatives are delivered on time, and in a way that substantially drives engagement and promotes Hasbro’s deeply engrained culture of integrity.

 

This is a hybrid role and requires the ability to work onsite 3 days per week in our Pawtucket, RI office.

 

A Day in the Life of the HR Business & Integrity Partner:

  • Act as the business partner for the global HR leadership team by offering objective and balanced advice, guidance and coaching to HR leadership on challenges and people implications, leadership effectiveness, culture, and alignment of enterprise HR programs.
  • Champion a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the global HR organization. Drive informed decision making by using data and analytics to identify trends and work with HR leadership to determine root cause of issues and develop organizational effectiveness solutions.
  • Identify and engage talent within the global HR team to ensure continued development and advancement. Partner with HR leadership to ensure a solid succession plan is in place for all critical roles. Ensure delivery of HR talent management initiatives including compensation planning, goal setting, quarterly conversations, performance management and recognition systems.
  • Strategize and drive organizational development initiatives to ensure that the design, capabilities, processes and culture of the organization deliver on business strategy.
  • Play a crucial role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Hasbro through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
  • Conduct Code of Conduct investigations involving HR professionals in partnership with the Legal team.
  • Manage projects for the Global Legal Compliance team to ensure timely delivery of communications, trainings and other key initiatives related to the Company’s ethics and integrity program. Leverage technology to track program results, schedule global program events (including virtual live Code of Conduct trainings), track status and completions. Ensure results through regular communication with the Global Legal Compliance team on content creation and delivery deadlines.
  • Stay current on evolving trends and employment laws applicable to employees in the global HR function. Partner with Legal to maintain compliance with applicable law.

 

What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years in a Human Resources business partner role including experience supporting senior level business partners.
  • Proven track record of establishing credibility with business partners at all levels and delivering first class business partner experience to leadership.
  • Possess both a strategic thinking capability and “hands on” HR plan implementation experience – able to strategically conceive of new ways of doing things and then pragmatically turn concepts into action.
  • Must have strong organizational design and change management skills.
  • Business oriented, able to understand the organization from a commercial and operational point of view as well as from a talent perspective.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and experience in the creation and execution of communication strategies.
  • Experience leading projects, setting targets, delivering results and measuring success against plans.
  • Proven ability to use technology, including Power BI, Teams, Excel and Power Point to successfully manage initiatives through completion.
  • Solid understanding of laws pertaining to the employment relationship, including leaves of absences and equal pay laws.
  • Experience conducting internal investigations involving potential violations of Company policy or law.
  • BA/BS in Business, HR, or related field and/or equivalent combination of experience.

 

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $105,800
  • Pay Range End: $196,500
