2026 Summer Brand Creative – Graphic Design Internship

The Internship Experience
As a Brand Creative – Graphic Design Intern, you will support Hasbro’s Brand Creative team, which manages creative strategy and storytelling across packaging, retail, eCommerce, events, and content. This internship provides hands-on exposure to how creative strategy becomes connected brand experiences within a fast-paced consumer products environment. You will assist and observe creative leaders while contributing as an additional set of eyes, hands, and creative perspective. This role emphasizes continuous learning, exploration, and development.
What You'll Do as a Brand Creative Intern
• Assist designers and creative directors with brand executions and presentations.
• Support preparation of mockups, inspiration boards, and creative review materials.
• Help coordinate brand assets and maintain organized file systems.
• Provide fresh perspective and thoughtful input during creative discussions.
• Explore and share responsible AI-enabled platforms, tools, and creative trends.
What You'll Bring
• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in toys, storytelling, and consumer brands.
• Foundational build skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Curious, collaborative, meticulous, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to contribute constructively within a creative team.
Nice to Have
• Exposure to packaging, retail, or merchandising design.
• Understanding of visual communication at shelf and digital shelf standards.
• Experience with photography, content creation, or visual storytelling.
• Interest in AI-enabled creative exploration and emerging design tools.

The base salary range for this position is $25.00 to $31.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
