2026 Summer Brand Creative – Graphic Design Internship
The Internship Experience
Hasbro’s Toy Brand Creative organization leads creative strategy and storytelling across every consumer touchpoint — packaging, merchandising, eCommerce, retail, events, and content.
The Brand Creative – Graphic Design Intern will learn alongside creative leaders across the global toy portfolio, gaining hands-on exposure to how creative strategy becomes connected brand experiences in a fast-paced consumer products environment.
This role emphasizes growth, learning, and creative development. As an intern, you will assist, observe, and meaningfully contribute as an extra set of eyes, hands, and creative perspective within a collaborative and imaginative team.
What You’ll Do as a Brand Creative – Graphic Design Intern:
- Assist designers and creative directors with brand executions, visual storytelling, and presentations.
- Support preparation of mockups, inspiration boards, packaging explorations, and creative review materials.
- Help coordinate brand assets, maintain file systems, and support organization of design materials.
- Provide fresh perspective during creative discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Explore responsible AI‑enabled creative tools, processes, and new developments; share insights with the team.
- Contribute to projects involving packaging build, merchandising, shopper marketing, digital shelf standards, and visual communication.
What You’ll Learn
Throughout the internship, you will gain exposure to:
- How brand strategy informs creative execution across consumer touchpoints.
- How storytelling drives product, packaging, retail, and experiential brand moments.
- How creative teams operate within a commercial CPG ecosystem.
- How cross-functional teams collaboratively build strong brand outcomes.
- How technology and emerging tools (including AI) support modern creative workflows.
- How global toy brands plan for packaging, retail placement, and visual communication at shelf.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Required:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in toys, storytelling, design, and consumer brands.
- Foundational design/build skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Curious, collaborative, organized, meticulous, and eager to learn.
Preferred:
- Interest or experience in photography, visual content creation, or merchandising design.
- Awareness of shopper marketing, packaging standards, or digital shelf requirements.
- Comfort exploring AI-enabled creative tools responsibly.
Nice to Have:
- Creative and detail-oriented with a strong design eye and visual sensibility.
- Systems thinker who enjoys organizing assets, visual information, and design workflows.
- Collaborative and comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Passion for toys, storytelling, and building meaningful brand experiences.
Compensation Range (USD):
Undergraduate Interns: $25.00 – $31.00/hour
Program Details
Interview Timeline: February – April
Program Dates:
- Start: Early June (target June 8)
- End: Late August (target August 21)
Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Compensation:
- Undergraduate Interns: $27.00 – $33.00/hour

The base salary range for this position is $27.00 to $33.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
