The Internship Experience
As a Graphic Design Intern on Hasbro’s Global Creative team, you will support the development of trend-focused visual assets across product categories including apparel, home goods, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). You will collaborate with the Senior Creative Director and creative partners to produce graphics, style direction, and supporting materials that complement Hasbro’s toy and game brands. The role provides hands-on exposure to design workflows, vendor interactions, and cross-functional collaboration within a global creative organization.
What You'll Do as a Graphic Design Intern
• Explore, interpret, and present trend research.
• Design logos, iconography, patterns, and character compositions.
• Create style guides and pitch decks for internal and external partners.
• Support art direction for vendors with clear and concise creative briefs.
• Review vendor and junior designer submissions for quality and brand consistency.
• Assist in meeting key delivery dates.
• Liaise with global creative peers to gather information and context for projects.
What You'll Bring
• Coursework toward a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Mac OS, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to express character and story through graphic design.
• High creativity, passion, and integrity.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective oral, visual, and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with team members across global locations.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a degree program.
Nice to Have
• Experience with consumer product design or entertainment-focused graphic work.
• Familiarity with adapting brand assets for multiple product categories.
• Experience creating pitch decks, trend boards, or visual presentations.
• Comfort working under fast timelines and shifting priorities.
Compensation Range, Currency USD:
- Undergraduate Interns: $25.00 – $31.00/hour
Program Details

- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)

The base salary range for this position is $27.00 to $33.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
