Summer 2026 International Tax Transformation Intern 

This internship will support the International Tax team in advancing process optimization and transformation initiatives. While aligned to the Tax organization, this role is less focused on traditional tax technical work and more centered on process mapping, automation, and project coordination across global tax operations.

The intern will work closely with the Director of International Tax and cross-functional finance partners to help identify opportunities to streamline workflows, standardize reporting, and leverage automation tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and visibility.

What You Will do as an International Tax Transformation Intern:

• Assist in mapping and documenting current-state tax processes and workflows
• Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and automate key activities
• Support evaluation of automation tools and AI-enabled solutions
• Analyze and organize data using Excel and other tools
• Develop process documentation, flowcharts, and tracking dashboards
• Help coordinate project milestones, follow-ups, and stakeholder alignment
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within global tax operations

What You Will Bring (Required qaulifications/skills/competencies):

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field
• Strong Excel proficiency required
• Exposure to accounting or finance coursework preferred
• Interest in process improvement, automation, or finance technology
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deliverables
• Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented

By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a clear understanding of how their work creates value, and meaningful exposure to what a full-time, entry-level role at Hasbro could look like, positioning them well for potential future opportunities.

Program Details

• Interview Timeline: February – April
• Summer Internship Program Dates (adjust accordingly for Co-op):
• Start: Early June (target June 8)
• End: Late August (target August 21)
• Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Compensation:
• Rates vary based on year in school, degree program, and office location
• Final rates communicated during offer process
• Location: This internship will take place in our Pawtucket, RI office, with the expectation that you’ll be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Hybrid/Remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

The hourly rate for this position is $26.00 to $32.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
