2026 Summer Treasury Intern
This position sits within Hasbro’s Treasury team at our Corporate Office in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Treasury plays a critical role in supporting Hasbro’s global business by managing cash flow, liquidity, financial risk, banking relationships, and capital structure to ensure long-term financial stability and strategic flexibility.
As a Treasury Intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to both Treasury Operations and FX & Capital Markets. Over the course of the summer, you’ll partner with experienced professionals to support financial analysis, contribute to key initiatives, and work on meaningful projects that help power Hasbro’s global operations.
Cash Management Team
- Participates in and provides other support, reports and analysis as requested
- Work hands-on with various levels of Treasury Management.
- Perform quarterly bank fee analysis for Americas region
- Review and prepare bank account management documentation
- Review and suggest updates to internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for automation in daily Treasury processes.
- Investigate and design a portal/process for teams to request new entities.
Capital Markets
- Learn the details of planning and managing a corporate foreign exchange hedge program
- Assist with the monthly valuation of foreign exchange portfolio
- Track and process long term debt interest payments
- Perform analysis regarding foreign exchange and interest rate risk
- Assist with regulatory control compliance
- Assist with ad-hoc projects related to peer benchmarking of capital structure

What You Will do as a Treasury Intern:
- Participate in various Treasury related activities spanning Treasury Operations, Capital Markets and other areas
- Understand the relationships with our banking partners
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the global Treasury structure of Hasbro
What You Will Bring[CH1] (Required qaulifications/skills/competencies):
- Currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-seeking program pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with at least one quarter or semester remaining after August 2026.
- Available to work full-time hours in-person at our Pawtucket, RI office location for the entire duration of the internship.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and a passion for solving complex financial problems.
- Technologically savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and Word, ability to utilize AI, experience with data visualization tools or financial modeling is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrated interest in corporate finance, treasury operations, banking, or capital markets is a plus.
By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a clear understanding of how their work creates value, and meaningful exposure to what a full-time, entry-level role at Hasbro could look like, positioning them well for potential future opportunities.

The base salary range for this position is $30.00 to $40.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
