Intern - Global Finance Operations (Summer 2025)

About the Internship Program:

Over the course of 10 weeks, a select group of college and university students will join us, gaining valuable work experiences and insights into our most exciting products. Interns engage with Hasbro’s beloved brands, gaining meaningful work-experience through day-to-day training, hands-on projects, executive exposure, individual development planning and mentorship.

• Our program runs between June 9- August 15, 2025.

• Our internships are paid!

This position is within Hasbro’s Global Finance Operations team, in our Corporate Office in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. This team is responsible for coordinating and improving finance processes and procedures around the world.

What You'll Do:

• Engaging with a diverse group of individuals within the finance organization to acquire knowledge to detail "as is" and "future state" processes and procedures.

• Assemble and summarize data; prepare reports; build presentations of findings, analyses and recommendations

• Researching standard methodologies in the industry and conducting benchmark analysis against Hasbro's processes

• Assist in drafting business policies and communications

• Providing general support on other ad hoc projects

What You'll Bring:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-seeking program pursuing an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or equivalent major with at least one quarter or semester left after August 2025.

• Available to work full-time hours in-person at our Pawtucket, RI office location for the entire duration of the internship.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

• Technologically savvy, and proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and power point

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across various collaborators

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to recognize relevant facts for process documentation and ask thoughtful and meaningful questions

• Finance and business curiosity.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

• Starting Pay Range: $30/hour

• Pay Range End: $34/hour
